What we collect, and where

Camp signups: your athlete’s first and last name, age, and experience level, plus your name, email, and phone, your preferred session, and anything you write in the goals box.

Training inquiries: the same kinds of details from the contact form, plus what programs you’re interested in and how you heard about us.

Waivers: the information above plus your athlete’s date of birth (optional), any conditions, injuries, or allergies you choose to disclose, an emergency contact, and your typed signature with the date, time, and the internet address it was signed from.

We also use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic — standard, aggregate usage data like which pages get visited. It is never connected to your athlete’s records, and we don’t run advertising trackers. Beyond that, the only thing stored in your browser is your sign-in session if you have an account.

Why we collect it

To organize camp groups by age and experience, to contact you about your athlete’s sessions, to respond to inquiries, to keep a record of signed waivers, and — if you become a client — to track your athlete’s development. Nothing else.

Who can see it

Coach Ben Harris and the site’s administrator. That’s the whole list. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

Like almost every website, we rely on a few service providers that store or transmit data on our behalf: our website host (Netlify), our database (Supabase), our email delivery service (Resend), our waiver signing service (Smartwaiver), and Google Analytics for traffic statistics. They process data for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

About your athlete’s information

All information about athletes is provided by a parent or legal guardian — children never create accounts or submit forms on this site, and the site is not directed at children.

Athlete information is never displayed publicly. Photos or video of your athlete are used only if you sign the separate Photo & Video Release, which is optional, revocable at any time, and never a condition of training — and your athlete’s last name is never published alongside their image.

Health-related notes you share (conditions, injuries, allergies) are used only so coaching is safe, and are visible only to the coach.

How it’s protected

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access requires an authenticated coach account, database rules deny access to everyone else by default, and administrative changes are recorded in an audit log.

How long we keep it

As long as it’s relevant to training your athlete or required for our records. Signed waivers are retained as legal records.

You can queue deletion of your family’s information at any time — by email, or from Account settings if you have a portal account. Deletion completes after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel with one click.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about your family, correct it, or have it deleted. You can revoke the Photo & Video Release at any time. Just email us — no forms, no hoops.
